Auld Lang Syne

The song that will been sung across the world at midnight. The old Scottish ballad written in 1788. Some people will raise a toast to the new year 2025. Some will look at the clock, see it is midnight, mumble the words to the song, turn over and go back to sleep. Others, me probably being in that group won’t welcome 2025 til I wake up in the morning. However you celebrate the new year, Happy New Year!!! No new year’s resolutions in this house. The only constant happening is the new calendar, as it has for almost 30 years.
